Distance Calibration Procedure
Purpose
Use this guide to calibrate a distance sensor on a transverse pad.

| 1 | Ensure the distance sensor is clean prior to starting. |

| 2 | Open the Distance sensors configuration under the Setup menu. |  |
| 3 | Press the Calibrate… button next to the sensor to calibrate. |  |
| 4 | Place the calibration block on the sensor so the 0.000” side is blocking the distance sensor. The distance sensor hole should be completely covered. | |
| 5 | Press the Continue button in the software. |

| 6 | Rotate the calibration block so the 1.250” section is straddling the distance sensor hole. | |
| 7 | Press the Finish button in the software. |

| 8 | New factor and offset values should appear. |
|
| 9 | Press Accept in the software. |
|
| 10 | Place a board over the distance sensor, navigate to the Static display, and confirm the distance value is accurate. |
